The Company reserves the right to:

• Charge interest on overdue accounts as permitted by applicable law.

5.3 Non-Refundable Fees
Professional service fees, consultation fees, authority fees, application fees, third-party charges, and administrative costs may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Regulatory Applications and Approvals
The Client acknowledges that:

• Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.

• Processing times are determined by third parties.

• Neither approval nor timelines can be guaranteed.

• Additional requirements may be requested by authorities at any stage.

Retail Beyond Borders (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for the refusal, withdrawal, or delay of any application.
7. Logistics and Customs Services
Where logistics, freight forwarding, customs, or transport-related services are arranged:

• Transit times are estimates only.

• Carrier schedules remain subject to change.

• Customs inspections may result in delays.

• Additional charges may arise from storage, demurrage, inspections, penalties, or regulatory actions.

The Client remains responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of imported, exported, or transported goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retail Beyond Borders (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;

• Loss of profits;

• Loss of business opportunities;

• Regulatory penalties imposed by authorities;

• Delays caused by third parties;

• Failure of authorities to issue approvals;

• Customs holds, inspections, or seizures;

• Force majeure events.

The Company's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government actions;

• Legislative changes;

• Natural disasters;

• Strikes;

• Civil unrest;

• Transport disruptions;

• Information technology failures;

• Authority system outages.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, documents, text, designs, methodologies, and intellectual property remain the property of Retail Beyond Borders (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without prior written consent.
